By accessing or using SafePlanix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
4. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all food safety data and HACCP plans you create on SafePlanix. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SafePlanix for any illegal activity, reverse engineer any part of the platform, or engage in automated scraping or data extraction.
6. Limitation of Liability
SafePlanix is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any regulatory decisions, compliance outcomes, or actions taken based on information generated through the platform.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Privacy Policy
1. Information Collected
We collect your email address, name, food safety and HACCP plan data you enter, and basic usage analytics to improve the service.
2. How We Use Data
Your data is used for service delivery, product improvement, and providing customer support.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored on Supabase cloud infrastructure and is encrypted at rest.
4. Third Parties
We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the platform, such as Stripe for billing.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. Upon request, we will delete your data in accordance with applicable regulations.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data at any time.
7. Cookies
SafePlanix uses minimal cookies for authentication purposes only. We do not use tracking cookies.
8. Changes
We will notify you of any material changes to this privacy policy via email.
